FREE DELIVERY at any establishment near your place like, offices, gas stations, food chains, convenience stores etc. This applies to Sta. Mesa, San Juan, Mandaluyong, Makati CBD, and Ortigas Center only.

We can also meet you at the following places:
Trinoma, SM North, MRT North, MRT Shaw, MRT Boni, kalentong, Stop & Shop, SM Centerpoint, Nagtahan, LRT2 Pureza, LRT2 V. Mapa, Cubao Gateway only. For other places, PM me for additional delivery fee.

DELIVERY DETAILS:

For delivery within Metro Manila:
Orders received Monday to Saturday before 10:00AM will be delivered the same day, while those received after 10:00AM will be delivered the following day. Items ordered from Saturday noon to Sunday evening will be delivered the Monday after.

For shipping outside of the delivery areas:
Payments (bank deposit) received before 11:00AM will be shipped the same day. You may expect the item the following day depending on your location.

You will be given the tracking number once your item has been dispatched.

PAYMENT METHODS
For shipping transactions, we accept payments through BPI or BDO only. For shipping within Metro Manila, just add P100 to the total amount. For shipping outside of Metro Manila, PM us your location first so we can come up with a quotation.

Cash on Delivery (COD) for transactions within the delivery areas (PM me your location first to check if it's covered by free delivery).

PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE

NO CASH REFUND
All items claimed for warranty must be accompanied with a proof of purchase (warranty receipt / sales invoice, etc.). Without any proof of purchase, NO WARRANTY / NO EXCHANGE of items.

NO WARRANTY if the following is/are found in the items:
Product has been mishandled, abused, modified or altered, neglected, improperly integrated, void warranty sticker, physical damage/ breakage. (burnt, dent, cracked).

RETURN POLICY
All items has an ALLOWABLE WARRANTY REPLACEMENT (Outright Replacement). Change item for USED and BRAND NEW can be made within 3 days from the date of purchase (excluding Sundays). If a sudden PRICE DROP occurred within the 3-day period, PRICE of the item purchased will be based on the CURRENT MARKET PRICE. If a PRICE INCREASE occurred, computation will be based on the ACTUAL AMOUNT PURCHASED.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
All items covered by warranty but lapsed the ALLOWABLE WARRANTY REPLACEMENT period will be PULLED-OUT and sent back to the supplier/ manufacturer for warranty claims. Pulled out items can be claimed with the maximum of 15 days upon receipt.

If the defective items under the ALLOWABLE WARRANTY REPLACEMENT period has NO STOCK, customers can upgrade provided that they will pay for the upgraded amount and the warranty period will be that of the first transaction.


For replacement/warranty of the item, shipping/delivery fee will be handled by the customer.

For Shipping outside of the delivery areas:
TEXT the following information to our legitimate business mobile numbers 0928-5059051 or 0922-8932330:
1. your complete name (or the name you want reflected on the shipping address)
2. your complete shipping address
3. a landline number (optional, to be placed as a contact number on the courier's delivery form, in case they need to call you for further directions to your place, or if they can't find you.)
4. what you are ordering, in this format:
a) item name
b) brand / ouput voltage (number of volts and amps)
c) quantity to be ordered.
5. your preferred bank for payment (bank deposit through BDO or BPI)




Item compatibility is the BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY. Carry-in warranty processing only. Pick-up and delivery warranty availments shall be subject to additional charges.
