TERMS, CONDITIONS AND OTHER INFORMATION:
1. All sales are final.
2. Product

• All of our units are brand new unless we state that the unit is refurbished or is already used.
• All of our products are from the U.S.A. unless we state otherwise.
• All of our products are factory sealed unless it has been opened under certain circumstances wherein we have no other alternative but to open it. E.g.: Bureau of Customs opens some of the units for inspection and verification.
• Photos in the postings may vary slightly from the actual item.
• For products that are on order basis, they are expected to arrive ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days after they have been shipped from Houston, Texas.
• We can locate items that are not in our inventory list and we can also customize a unit for you.
• No returns, no exchange. Products will be tested by the buyer during the meet ups. Once the unit has been opened and inspected to be working, the buyer cannot return the item. For those to be delivered units, we will make sure that the products are delivered brand new and factory sealed therefore any other problem encountered will be covered by the manufacturer.

3. Payment Methods and Delivery

• Cash upon delivery.

For Cebu clients, there is an additional fee of Php 300.00 for meet ups outside the office. Meet up places in Cebu will only be in either of the following places: Ayala mall, SM mall, Banilad Town Center, and our office which is located at Gorones Bldg., Osmeña Blvd., corner P. Zamora St., Cebu City.
For Metro Manila clients, there is an additional fee of Php 450.00 for the agent’s expenses. Meet up places in Manila will only be in either of the following places: Greenbelt, Glorietta, Landmark, Mall of Asia, Cash and Carry, SM Makati and Rustans Makati. Outside Makati area, additional fee will be subject to the location agreed by the agent and the client.
Meet up place in Dumaguete will only be in Atrium Cafe, Siliman Avenue, Dumaguete City. Additional fee will be subject to agent’s decision.
For places other than Cebu, Dumaguete, and Manila, full cash payment including shipping fee has to be made prior to delivery.

• 10% down payment is required for all order items unless the item is in stock (meaning the item is either in Cebu, Dumaguete, or Manila). The remaining amount will be paid during the meet-up.
• Checks are accepted. Since it takes at least three (3) banking days for it to be cleared, we require an allowance of four (4) business days to ship the unit after check was received.
• For cash deposits, we will provide you with an order letter and our bank information after the purchase agreement has been made.
• Lay away plan. The customer has to make a minimum down payment of 25% and the remaining amount will have to be paid upon by installment until such time that the payment is full. The amount to be paid will follow the value of the product at the time the down payment was made. Price changes after will not affect the agreed amount after the down payment has been made.

4. Warranty and Shipping

• Tracking numbers will be sent upon dispatch of the product. Items will be dispatched within twenty-four (24) hours after receipt of payment.
• Buyer will shoulder shipping fee. It is not included in the price yet as it will depend on the location of where it has to be shipped.
• Shipping fee is non-refundable. Should there be any cancellation in ordering the unit after it has been shipped, there is a penalty of 10% for restocking fee.
• Every item purchased from us entitles the customer one (1) year limited shop warranty.
